About Elitekor Group
Who We Are
Elitekor is a proudly South African promotional platform dedicated to rewarding our community with life changing cash prizes. We believe in spreading joy and financial relief in a simple, accessible way because everyone deserves a chance to win.
We are not a loan provider, a gambling platform, or a subscription service. We are a legitimate, compliance-driven competition organizer operating strictly within the framework of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008. Our goal is to make winning money as easy as sending a single SMS.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create fair, transparent, and exciting opportunities for ordinary South Africans to boost their income. We understand the financial pressures many face, from rising living costs to unexpected emergencies. Our SMS competition is designed to offer a helping hand, turning a few rands into a significant cash prize that can make a real difference in someone’s life.
How We Operate
We keep it simple. We run a randomized, lucky draw system where every SMS sent to our official shortcode has an equal chance of winning. We do not favor any specific number, region, or network provider.
To ensure absolute fairness, our winner selection process is either conducted by, or overseen by, an independent third party auditor or attorney, as required by South African law. Every draw is transparent, recorded, and auditable.
Our Commitment to You
- Transparency: Our Terms and Conditions are clear, upfront, and fully compliant with the CPA. You will never be charged more than the advertised SMS rate (capped at R1.50).
- Data Privacy: We respect your privacy. We adhere strictly to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is used only to facilitate the competition and will never be sold to third parties without your explicit consent.
- Fair Play: We use certified random selection methods. We do not play favorites, and we disqualify any entries suspected of fraud to keep the game fair for everyone.
Elitekor– Changing lives, one SMS at a time.
